Amazing buildings, interesting parks, vibrant shopping streets, historic places, gigantic shopping malls and the mix of culture make Singapore the most fascinating city in South East Asia. With 713,3 km² this city state is quite small, but has a lot of top attractions and interesting places to visit. If you are spending a short time in Singapore, I would recommend following top things to do:
Day 1
On your first day you should explore the area around the famous Marina Bay. Take a look at the majestic Marina Bay Sands Hotel and go up to the 57th floor from where you have a nice view over the city. Next on your schedule should be the visit of the extraordinaries Gardens by the Bay with their gigantic Supertrees and the Flower Dome. After a lunch break you can admire the boutiques of the Esplanade Mall and take a ride on the Singapore Flyer, the world’s largest observation wheel, which is close to it. After this exciting ride it’s time to see the Merlion, the national symbol of Singapore and the famous Raffles Hotel. Later that day it can be nice to walk around the Business District (CBD) of Singapore and finish your day in the exciting world of the Suntec City Mall.

Day 2
Chinatown will be the first district to visit that day. Explore the Chinatown Heritage Centre and walk around the traditional Chinese quarters. Next country on your list is India. Visit Little India with its boutiques and the beautiful Sri Mariamman Tempel. In the afternoon you can enjoy a little bit of nature in the Botanic Gardens of Singapore before taking a bite or a drink in one of the pretty restaurants and bars along Clarke Quay.

Day 3
On your last day it’s time to spent your money in one of the shops on Orchard Road, before heading to Fort Canning Park where you can relax for a while. Your last destination of your trip in Singapore will be Arab Street, the Arabian district of the city, with its impressive Sultan Mosque.
